Online customers have a 7 day cooling off period after receiving the goods, within which they may cancel the order and be issued with a full refund, including the original cost of shipping the goods to them. Customers must inform us of their wish to cancel in writing (email is fine) within this period. Customers have every right to inspect the goods for suitabilty as they would reasonably be allowed to in any shop. Whilst the removal of items from packaging for the purpose of inspection is fair and reasonable, customers are reminded that they too have a duty of care and must take adequate steps to look after the goods.
Once you have informed us in writing of your wish to return unwanted items it is the responsibility of the customer to return said goods to us within 30 days and at the customers own expense. Cubic will not collect unwanted goods and will not pay to have them returned. Goods should be returned in the packaging they were sent in and utilising any packaging materials originally provided, or failing that, in comparable packaging that might reasonably be expected to protect the items from damage during transit.
Faulty / damaged / incorrect goods
We fully appreciate the disappointment and inconvenience upon discovering eagerly awaited goods are either damaged or not the correct ones. If a product is defective we are happy to refund your costs in returning it to us providing notification is given to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund any faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, subject to stock availability.
